Become an Approved Center

NCAB offers its qualifications through numerous delivery centers globally. To deliver NCAB qualifications, you need to become an approved center.

Whether you’re a college, university, independent training provider, or other educational institution with the required resources, rigorous processes, and expertise, you can follow the step-by-step process outlined below to become an approved NCAB Qualifications Center.

Step 1

Complete the Center Approval enquiry form below

Step 2

A member of our team will contact you to provide you with your Center Approval Application Pack and answer any questions you may have about your application.

Step 3

Complete the Center Approval application form and submit supporting documents. The Centre Fee is payable at this stage. Please visit the Fees Related Information page for details.

Step 4

Upon receipt of your application, we will review it and contact you to:

  • Request additional information to supplement your application, which will then be processed further; or
  • Arrange an approval visit to verify that the center meets the approval criteria. If an on-site visit is not feasible, provisional approval may be granted pending a physical inspection after the first learner registrations.

We aim to provide an outcome within 2 weeks of receiving your application. Possible outcomes include approval granted, conditional approval requiring an action plan, or denial with reasons provided.

Approval Granted

Upon approval, we will send you our Center Agreement for signature by an authorized representative of your organization. Upon receipt of the signed agreement, we will issue formal confirmation and your Approved Center Certificate.

Blended, Online, and Distance Learning Approval

If seeking approval for NCAB qualifications assessed through distance learning, full compliance with specific approval requirements is necessary. You must provide adequate resources ensuring learner access.

For guidance and application forms related to blended, online, and distance learning, refer to the NCAB Blended Online and Distance Learning Guidance for Centers.

Additional Qualification Approval

Once approved as an NCAB Center, you can apply to add additional qualifications at any time. Please contact us for instructions. Upon receiving your application, we will schedule a visit or confirm if a desktop approval can proceed. Occasionally, additional qualification approvals may be declined, but our EQA will collaborate with you to resolve any issues.
